This new student residence offers fully furnished and equipped studios,
as well as T1 to T3 apartments featuring modern, stylish design and
complimentary internet access.

scene and industrial expertise.
As the regional capital of Ain, this friendly, medium-sized city is the ideal place for you to grow both professionally and
personally.
With around twenty
higher education establishments and learning centers, the city offers a wide selection of academic
programs in the fields of IT, social sciences, or even management and
administration.
Bourg-en-Bresse is also easily
accessible, with a train station that connects the city to major national
destinations, such as Lyon and Paris, as well as international destinations, such as
Geneva. The urban area boasts an extensive public transportation network, with
many bus lines serving every neighbourhood.

studying, and unwinding seamlessly intertwine. It’s a great place for vibrant

The residence features plenty of shared living
spaces, accessible to all tenants, including a Chill Room, a coworking space, a
Kitchen Lab (shared kitchen), a laundry room and several open green spaces.
Furnished and equipped studios to T3 shared apartments
All apartments are fully equipped with all the necessary furniture and
appliances needed for a comfortable living experience. The studios come with:
- A kitchen area with cupboards, dining table,
ceramic hob, microwave, and fridge. Tableware and kitchen utensils are also
included.
- A living area with a desk and storage space.
- A
sleeping area with a bed or a sofa bed, depending on apartment size, as well as
a bedside table.
- A
private bathroom with shower, washbasin, vanity unit and toilet.
All studios have
free internet connection (wired or wireless).
The residence also
offers shared apartments, up to two-bedroom (T3) units!
