The residence offers furnished and fully equipped accommodations, from studio to one-bedroom (T2+) apartments.  

Each unit ranges from 15 to 34m² and features a living area with a small kitchen, a dining area, a sleeping area, a workspace as well as a private bathroom (WC and shower included).
