Nestled in the heart of Lyon’s vibrant Gerland district, the Cardinal Campus Studio 7 student residence has been providing convenient living since 2012. This residence offers fully furnished and equipped accommodations, from studio to one-bedroom (T2) apartments.

These modern and practical flats come with a small kitchen, a dining area, a sleeping area and an office space, as well as a bathroom (WC and shower or bath).

The Fitness Room, your designated spot for maintaining an active lifestyle, is set up to accommodate everyone from beginners to experts. 

The Wash Bar*, equipped with washers and dryers, is open 24/7.

Need a parking space? The residence has a secure underground parking lot and offers spots to rent for 50 € inc. VAT/month. The residence also provides a secure storage area for your bike or scooter.
