In January 2023, Cardinal Campus opened its first residence, the Truffaut, in the Croix-Rousse district of Lyon.
This student accommodation in Lyon offers modern and fully equipped accommodations, from studio to three-bedroom (T4) apartments that come with a small kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, and tableware), a sleeping area, a workspace, and a bathroom.
All tenants have free internet access.

Cardinal Campus Truffaut residence benefits from a privileged location at the
heart of Lyon’s 1st district, close to ESMOD and IRCOM
schools.
The residence has a bicycle parking station and a laundry room
equipped with washing machines and dryers, accessible 24/7.

The residence
features 12 cozy shared apartments reserved for those who are (or wish to
become) members of the KAPS solidarity house shares project, facilitated by the
non-profit organization Afev.
Being a solidarity housemate involves:
- - Fighting
against inequalities through joint actions carried out by you and your
roommates in your neighbourhood
- - All
students or young professionals who wish to build a stronger sense of
community in their neighbourhood
- - Dedicating between 3 to 5 hours per week on this project for one school year

A flat-rate utility fee of 110 € per
month is applied, which may vary depending on the type of apartment.
