Cardinal Campus is opening its first student residence in Suresnes at the start of the 2025 academic year, close to the Paris-La Défense district and public transport links to the campuses and the centre of Paris.
Suresnes, a dynamic city connected to the grandes écoles
Located in the Hauts-de-Seine department, in the western suburbs of Paris on the left bank of the Seine, Suresnes is an active town, ideal for students. Nearly 600 businesses operate in Suresnes every day, making the local economy dynamic. Its proximity to the La Défense business centre means that students can quickly get to the major schools.
A transport network connected to the grandes écoles and Paris
As part of the Greater Paris metropolitan area, a number of RATP transport services run to Suresnes, providing immediate links with Parisian districts. The T2 tramway (Pont de Bezons - Porte de Versailles) crosses the town. From our student residence, it's just one stop to La Défense. Buses and trains run throughout Suresnes.
Since 2021 and until 2026, the town has also been implementing a cycle plan to redevelop and improve the safety of cycle paths in order to promote cycling. Suresnes currently has 10 Vélib' stations throughout the town.
Student life in Suresnes
Do you want to learn something new? The city of Suresnes offers a wide range of cultural venues to stimulate your curiosity: media libraries, conservatories, museums, cinemas, exhibition galleries, theatres, etc.
Whether you're a keen sportsman or a budding sportswoman, Suresnes has a dynamic sporting life for students, with a wide range of sports facilities and around sixty sports associations.
A truly green town, Suresnes has a number of parks and gardens where you can get some fresh air and stroll around in fine weather, or take part in physical and sporting activities in the fresh air. Suresnes is also close to the Bois de Boulogne, which you can reach by bike in just 10 minutes from our student residence. Along the way, the Ile de Puteaux is home to numerous sports clubs (boxing, chess, rugby, weightlifting, rowing, tennis, etc.), the Palais des Sports, stadiums, parks, etc.
Student accommodation close to Paris
Located on the border of Puteaux, our student residence in Suresnes is ideally placed close to Paris - La Défense, a dynamic business district with a large number of higher education establishments. The following schools are located between Puteaux and La Défense: HESCA, Campus HEP Paris - La Défense (3A, EPSI, ICL, IDRAC Business School, IET, IFAG, IGEFI, IHEDREA, Wis), EDC Paris Business School, ESUP, ESCE, CEDS, ESILV, Digital Collège, école Conte, ENSMI, SUPii Mécavenir...
INSHEA, Ensiate and SKEMA Business School Grand Paris are all based in Suresnes. The Jean-Baptiste Lully Conservatoire is just 6 minutes' walk from the residence.
Our student residence has excellent transport links, making it easy to get to schools and Paris. Buses 93 and 144 are a 1-minute walk away, and bus 157 is a 4-minute walk. For journeys further afield, Puteaux station is a 4-minute cycle ride away and is served by the T2 tramway and the L and U trains. La Défense can be reached by bus in just 14 minutes. As for Paris city centre, 30 minutes by public transport is all it takes to get to Châtelet - Les Halles station.

Fully furnished and equipped flats
At Cardinal Campus, all our student flats are designed and fitted out for the comfort of our tenants. In our student residence in Suresnes, each student flat, from studio to T3, is brand new, furnished and equipped to make life easier for our tenants. We've thought of everything, so all you have to do is pack your bags!
The layout of the student flats includes:
- A living area: bed, desk, storage space, cleaning kit;
- A kitchenette: fridge, microwave, hob, dining area with table and chairs, crockery and cutlery;
- A shower room: shower, toilet, washbasin, storage space.
You have two options: renting a student studio in Suresnes or renting a student room in a T2 or T3.
