Student life in Valencia
Located on Spain's Mediterranean coast, Valencia is a dynamic city that has been booming for many years. The third largest city in Spain in terms of population, Valencia now has a population of almost 800,000, including 85,000 students, making it the third province in Spain with the highest number of students.
Being a student in Valencia means enjoying an ideal living environment. With its many activities and monuments to visit, such as La Lonja de la Seda and the Monuments of the City of Arts and Sciences, Valencia is an attractive city that is attracting more and more students. Every year, more than 3,000 international students choose Valencia for their Erasmus semester. Known for its gastronomy and dynamism, Valencia has it all. Its warm climate and beach also make it a great place to live all year round.
Student accommodation close to all amenities
Our student residence in Valencia is located in the up-and-coming Grau district, close to the beach. It's located halfway between the university campuses and the maritime zone, in a very popular area for Spanish and international students.
The residence is also very well served by the many public transport stops that surround it. The Francesc Cubells tram stop, for example, is a 2-minute walk from the Valencia residence, and the Maritim Serrería metro stop is a 5-minute walk away. Numerous bus stops also border the residence. These will enable our future tenants to get around Valencia easily.
Renting a student flat in our Valencia residence also means being close to the city's main university campuses, such as the UPV (Polytechnic University of Valencia), the University of Valencia and the European University of Valencia.

The residence has a well-designed Chill Room where you can relax, challenge your neighbours to a board game, share a meal or get some work done, as well as a Fitness Room where you can relax or reach your goals after a long day at school. A Study Space will also be available for tenants to revise and work in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the university library during exams. Finally, the residence will also have a Wash Bar (paying service) equipped with connected washers and dryers to make daily life easier for our residents.

Our furnished studio apartments in Valencia include :
- A kitchenette with cupboards, dining table, ceramic hob, microwave and fridge; crockery and kitchen utensils are also included.
- A living area with desk and storage space
- A sleeping area with a 140x200 bed and bedside table
- A private bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, vanity unit and toilet.
