Canopée is the first Cardinal Campus student residence in Clermont-Ferreand. It officially opened its doors on the 1st of September 2020, welcoming students to a vibrant community hub in the heart of the city.

This residence offers new, furnished and fully-equipped accommodations, from studio to two-bedroom (T3) apartments. Units range from 18 to 43m², and come with a small kitchen, a sleeping area, an office space and a private bathroom (WC and shower).

The Chill Room is fully equipped with a well-stocked, cozy kitchen, a workspace to study comfortably and a lounge area with sofa, armchairs and a TV.

The Fitness Room, your designated spot for maintaining an active lifestyle, is set up to accommodate everyone from beginners to experts.
